Freedom lost   31/3/2014

Yes, I remember.

Remember the Sixties, when self-styled revolutionaries went to barricades and courtrooms in their crusade for absolutely unfettered free speech?”

It was when the Left stood for freedom, and certainly not politically correct harrassment.

Well it is a conservative government in Victoria wanting to ban all protests, but I guess this attack on free speech is OK by you Bernie (hypocrite).

Don’t you know the difference between free to speak about what I’m doing and deliberately getting in my way going about my legitimate business Danny boy?
Oh I see, you’re no believer in the democratic process and my democratic rights at any particular time and only until such time as your coherent, logically expounded point of view, can convince the majority the law should be changed for me to desist. Ipso facto you’re just another closet totalitarian standover merchant like the rest of the overbearing rentacrowd?

Not only the conservatives who want to shut their rallies. The old Commies aren’t too impressed either.

Fancy that, since it was the Commies who wanted to bring in shut-up laws after WW2.
