    Very nice, if that’s your taste, but very crazy too. Good on them…but it wouldn’t last a weekend over here, vandals and thieves would steal and wreck it…

    Would ‘quirky’ be a better description than ‘crazy’?
    What is a garden for? Provide sustenance: pleasure: propagation of plants.
    If quirkiness gives you pleasure, so be it. Maybe it is the owners sense of humour made physical. (But it takes a lot of work to do a garden like that)
